Meet the Team - Mark Snell Company Director - Landmark Windows and Doors

Mark Snell - Company Director

Mark formed Landmark Windows & Doors, along with his wife, Debbie, in 2004. Mark started out as an apprentice in 1987, with Pilkington. During this time, he learned all aspects of the trade, from manufacturing, through to installation. He now has well over 35 years’ experience in the industry.

Mark's role within the company is to meet with you (as new customers) in your home, putting you at ease with his friendly manner and vast product knowledge. He will listen to what you really want, whilst discussing your options and guiding you through the process. Mark also processes all the orders, which he places with our trusted supplier network, working very closely with Jordan (the General Manager) in the office.

Mark's hobbies are fly-fishing, travelling, and walking the dog.

Meet the Team - Debbie Snell Company Secretary - Landmark Windows and Doors

Debbie Snell - Company Secretary

Debbie formed the company along with husband, Mark, in 2004.  Debbie's role within the company, is dealing with the financial side of the business.  She is also generally the first person you will contact for new customer enquiries (by phone or email) booking in appointments for home visits, & liaising with the office.  Debbie has a friendly and approachable manner when dealing with the customers.

Debbie's hobbies are travelling, and walking the dog.

Meet the Team - Jordan Woodman General Manager - Landmark Windows and Doors

Jordan Woodman - General Manager

Jordan's role within the company is to deal with the day-to-day running of the office, plus liaising with you, as the customers, and our installation team.  Jordan's key roles are delivering customer quotations, managing customer order confirmations, and booking in surveys and installations.

Jordan has been with Landmark Windows for just over 10 years, during which time, he has gained vast knowledge within the industry - especially within aluminium products.  Jordan has a very friendly manner, and is excellent at guiding customers through the various processes.

Jordan has young children in which he takes great pleasure, especially when taking them to their various weekly clubs.  Jordan's hobbies are darts, motorbikes, and spending time with his family.

Meet the Team - Ryan Snell Installer - Landmark Windows and Doors

Ryan Snell - Installer

Ryan has been with the company for over 8 years – first starting out as an apprentice.  He has been steadily learning all the aspects of the industry ever since.  Ryan has a friendly & approachable manner which is reflected in his communication with customers, and has a very keen eye for detail.

Ryan is an avid footballer - playing in the local leagues, and an enthusiastic angler.

Kevin Trickett - Installer

Kevin has well over 30 years experience within the industry, in which he has a friendly & approachable manner with the customers. Along with Graham & Ryan Kevin is a great team member, where nothing is too much trouble, and strives to deliver on all installations.
 
Kevin's hobbies are Fishing, walking, and spending time with family.
