Landmark Windows and Doors is a family-owned business, established in 2004 by Mark and Debbie Snell.
We follow a set of values that underpin all of the work we undertake. Our customers expect quality results and trust us to meet their expectations. Only quality products and suppliers are used for our uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, and we are proud to have a skilled installation team who have amassed a wealth of expertise between them, as FENSA-Approved Installers.
Whilst we will of course, give honest advice when asked, we thrive on giving you exactly what YOU want, which is why Mark will personally visit you to gather your requirements. Our policy is to allow you to decide whether you wish to contact us after receiving a quote, without any pressure.
Our Process
A stringent process is followed by our team, making sure that all of your requirements are met, and you are clearly informed along the way. If you decide to contact Landmark Windows and Doors to discuss an installation in your home or business, the process will be as follows:
Initial Contact
You contact us. A date and time will be agreed for Mark to visit, discuss your requirements, and show you a variety of options. He will take rough measurements to enable him to prepare a quotation when he returns to the office. The quote will be emailed to you.
Confirmation
We wait for you to contact us. If you decide to go ahead, order confirmation paperwork will be prepared. If happy, you sign the confirmation and pay a deposit. A survey to take exact measurements will be arranged within 5-7 days. Changes can still be made at this point.
Placing an Order
Once the survey is complete, no further changes can be made, as we will be placing the order for the products. Once notified of a delivery timeframe, we will give you 3-4 weeks’ notice of an installation date. Our payment structure is clearly defined on the paperwork.
Installation
A pre-installation payment increment is required a few days prior to installation date. Our experienced team will install your products on the date agreed, with care and attention, meeting our high standards. The balance will be paid by you, once installation is complete.

Your needs and concerns are listened to, and are reflected throughout our work. With a background in fabrication, in addition to installation, we have extensive knowledge of the glazing industry as a whole. We DO NOT employ salesmen.
